Special Reminders

Hello,

I use the Cases module for managing client trouble tickets.

Does anyone know how I can use workflow (or any other way) to remind me about something that’s special to a particular contact?

For example, If I need to remember when scheduling a client that they only want service on the second Wednesday of any month, I am looking for a way to make this pop up / remind me / email me when I perform an action related to the contact.

Can this be done?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
