Here is my suggestion: run chmod and chown command on your downloaded zip file after you move it to that folder. Use mv command to change the name to a simpler form. For example, mv SuiteCRM-8.8.0 suitecrm Then run, sudo ./bin/console suitecrm:app:upgrade -t suitecrm

I do not think that we have such upgrade file.

Did you upload zip or unzip file at /tmp/package/upgrade folder?
