Folks, I have been trying to get impersonation to work with no much luck. I found some documentation for Sugarcrm and:
A) modified SOAP.php
B) uploaded SoapSudo.php
But this does not seem to work on my environment. does anybody have any suggestions?

Sorry for my ignorance, but what does it means soap impersonation? like creating a record in the name os someone else?

NP. Impersonation is the ability for a admin user to act on behalf of other users as if it was them themselves . There are third party applcations that may require the admin to configure settings on behalf of others so not everyone has to login and configure the app themselves. I hope that makes sense.
