ok i am trying to figure out hot to integrate my suitecrm with my outbound predictive dialer system.
i can have my suitecrm inside my Agent interface.
my dialer can SOAP API.
so what type of command do i use if i just want suitecrm to pull up the the inbound client lead but not save it?
