SMTP Setup in Outbound Email is Not Working

I am facing 2 issues :

  1. I have Setup the Outboung Email Account in my my CRM. But When i compose email and send any email, it does not working and sending emails.

Error messge on screen : Error occurred while retrieving records.
Error on Logs :

Also Test Email while setting up also not wokring and CRM does not respond after that.

  1. Second issue is that CRM automatically Log Out After 10-15 minutes.

I am using Latest version of SuiteCRM
