We have hosted the SuiteCRM app in Azure with Azure SQL Server as the back end. When we try to use the Report module to pull all the data of Cases or Contacts we always get 500 Internal Server error. On checking the logs, it says its because of the Smarty Class and no further information. Any ideas how to fix the Smarty class? Could it be related to memory?
