€ simbol in csv export

Hi to all, i have a strange problem with the Invoice export.

When i open the file on excel it shows the values part like that

It’s like he doesn’t understand the € simbol on the csv. There is a way to fix this?

i’m working on suitecrm 7.9.11

Try opening the CSV file in Notepad++ first (or some equivalent program, a text editor with extra features), and change it’s encoding to something better for your Excel.

Alternatively, in Excel, use the text import wizard which will give you more encoding options. Menu Data / Get External Data / From Text
