Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to share a “case” with a specific “user” who is not the “assigned to” user for that case. I would not want to share it with the whole security group, as then other users in that Security group can also see that case.
I guess one workaround could be to create a security group for that specific user and share with him? Wonder if there is a better solution.
