Shared calendar - Meetings are not displayed in the correct Time Slot

Hi everybody,
when more than one meeting (or any other activity) start at the same time, it’s right that they are displayed sharing the same time slot.
This works in the normal week view.


But in Shared view activities are displayed one below the other.


Do you know how to fix it?

What version are you on? looks like a bug that would probably of been fixed in a future version from what your on :slight_smile:

On a 7.7.5 this bug has been resolved.
I’ve found some more now…

ok glad that bug is fixed if they’re bugs report them on github and they will be fixed by our development team :slight_smile:

could you please point me, how you solved the issue of “multiple activities in the same time slot in shared calendar”?
I have to fix a 7.6.6 istance and i’m not ready to upgrade.

I tried it on my 7.6.7 release any cant seem to replicate this issue any more. Have you upgraded to that? :slight_smile:

I upgraded to SuiteCRM 7.6.7

I tried both theme: Suite7 and SuiteR,
tried on Chrome and Firefox after cleaned the cache.

I tried to combine two meetings with same duration (15 minutes) and the same start date time and this is the result:


After that i notice some other weird behaviour; it doesn’t matter if activities start at the same time, if you drag and drop two of them in the same day when there would be some overlapping, one of them falls down the other.

The only way to combine them rightly is that you drag the bottom of one of them as if you want to rise its duration;


but if you refresh the page, the issue come back.

They completely re-wrote Calendar.

In v. 7.7.5 i got everything working as expected.
