Hi, I am trying to Understand how the Knowledgebase feature can be enabled, configured and activated so our staff can post articles and our external clients would be able to access and VIEW only the articles.
We would like our external clients to be able to login to SuiteCRM and view ONLY the Knowledgebase articles, without dashboards or other access.
Appreciate a detailed guide for this. Can anyone refer me one? Thank you in advance.
