Setting Reset to Blank each month

Every month the settings get reset to blank. How can I stop this please ?

All of them. The connection settings, my archiving preferences. The lot. It reverts back to as though I have just installed the plugin.

Do you have anything custom installed on SuiteCRM? Are there any schedulers running which are deleting/resetting data? Does your host prune/delete data?

Now i’m confused i’m talking about the outlook plugin settings ?. It appears that the configuration file gets replaced with a default one.

We don’t have anything custom installed on our suitecrm install and the only schedulers running are the defaults.
