Does anyone know how I can change the date format in the email sent column in the mail Inbox email listing ? I have set the date format dd-mm-yyyy in the Locale settings in setup, but the email date sent stays mm/dd/yyyy.
Any thoughts ? Thanks.
Have you set the date in both the system locale and also in your user preferences?
No, afraid not ! This solves the problem in one - as a mailbox is user specific I should have realised that the date format could vary from user to user. I’ve discovered a few other interesting settings on the user management page.
