Set reminders

Is there any way to set reminders for tasks, calls etc. For instance - I have a visit scheduled - I would like to be reminded a couple of hours before. Is this possible?

Hi Mike,

When creating a call you will have the option to set a reminder as a popup/email/both along with a time interval. You can select the users you would like to receive this reminder by clicking on “Search” next to “Add Invitees” and then clicking on “Add All Invitees” on the reminder.

The tasks module does not have the same reminder system as standard but you would be able to accomplish something similar with workflows.

Workflows can be created in the “Workflow” module. You can find this by going into the “ALL” menu in the top navigation bar.

Hi,

I’ve tried to setup a workflow. The aim is for any task that is due to have reminder (email) sent to the user it’s assigned to. Is there anything I need to do with cron to get this to work.

i have created call using workflow with reminder time = 5 minutes prior and start date = call back customer date field. but not getting the reminder poup set, if you can guide to correct it it will be helpful
