Session hanging/timing out upon edit/save - 2nd occurrence

We have already had an issue whereupon, for example, every time an Opportunity was edited and saved, the session would hang and eventually time out. The issue was resolved by SuiteCRM, but it is occurring again to the point that our reps can’t update any of their info. Help please.

As you have support we’ll log a case regarding this issue and investigate as a priority.
