Session expires when an user change/modify their own profile.

Hi,
I am very strange that “session expires” and cant login when a user makes any change to their own profile setting/info. Even if admin do the same… I have checked almost all setting but cant find the solution.

php: 7.0 and 7.2
server: shared as well private
