Sending Email to different domain address

Hi

After doing my E mail Settings I am able to send E mails to all my employees having E mail IDs with the same company domain as mine.

But, when I am trying to send to an E mail address on gmail, such as xyz@gmail.com, it is not possible .

Please help to rectify this issue

Do you have an outbound email configured?

Yes, the outbound email has been configured with the server setting for our company domain mails.

Please could you tell me how to add on a new outbound setting for an external mail or modify my current outbound setting so that the other mails can also be accommodated.
