Send an email when a lead is converted to contact

Hi,

Is it possible to send an email when a lead is converted to contact?
Can anyone guide me please on how to achieve this?

Hello. Using the workflow module can allow you to find your functionality. And this workflow, which i am about explain, is used for sending to a specific email address. However, it does not mean the lead that is being converted is getting emailed.

Create a new workflow and copy what i have on the screen_dump.

if you wish for it to happen forever, have the [repeated runs] checkox checked.

Please also create the email template you wish to send when the lead is marked as ‘converted’.

Please also specify to which email address you want the email to be sent to.

hi,

Does anyone know how can I add the appointment calendar in the email? like the attached screenshot?

Also, how can I add the time of the meeting? it is not included in the choices of email template: 02:00pm BST(+01:00)
