Select Multiple Records for PDF Template

Hello.

I am trying to create a PDF template with space for twenty separate Contact names on it, which I can then select from List view before clicking Generate Letter.

I have created a PDF template with twenty instances of the correct field name, but when I select all twenty records and Generate Letter, I get the first record’s name over and over again.

What am I doing wrong?

Generate letter is not meant for that its meant for generating letters to individual contacts. You would have to a bit custom coding to achieve what you want to do.
