I have 2173 records in popup list view, I tried to click “select” button after click the “select all” option in popup search. But I am unable to get all records(2173), instead, i got current page records(50) only. Please help us to resolve this issue

Yes this same issue, as mentioned in github. But, I have faced issue in Event module, while adding leads( checked select all option).I did not see any errors in logs.
That issue was reported very recently, you can keep an eye on it to see if some fix comes up. I mentioned your case there.
