Thanks for your great work on this project, we are almost done from moving away from Salesforce but I would need a clarification.
Could you please help me to understand how security groups are working agains roles ?
I have
user1 assign to role A
Role A is assigned to security group 1
user2 assign to role A
Role A is assigned to security group 1
I have’ Filter User List ’ enabled.
when i try to assign a record from user1 , i cannot see user2.
however I I do:
user1assigned to security group 1
user1assigned Role A
user2 to security group 1
user1assigned Role A
it works, I think I wrongly understood how it should work.
my goal is to have
Support A team part of ROLE A not having access to sales modules but can see all cases records (security group A + C)
Sales B team par of ROLE B to see only sales modules in security group A )
support C team ROLE C to see only cases record from security group C.
I hope having explained things correctly.
