When searching for an opportunity, the search never completes. Contacts and accounts work fine and the opportunities work fine in thunderbird with oppacus.
Has any one else come across this?
The error appears to show up in the log as: SugarWebServiceImpl->get_entry_list - FAILED on checkSessionAndModuleAccess
Update: the error only happens on entries in our system named with an E followed by 4 numbers ie… E4330 Adding an extra digit (E43300) or changing the E to a J (J4330) makes the plugin function correctly. I have updated all the entries accordingly so have a working plugin but haven’t addressed the issue itself.
The bug is circumvented rather than solved but hopefully someone may find this useful.
