Searching Archived Emails

I am on Windows, XAMPP and using version 7.11.10. This is on my own server in the office.

3 people in the office (including me) use Thunderbird and the Opacus plugin to archive emails to the CRM. I have searched and looked and tried several things to try to get emails to be searchable but cannot find anything that I can get to work. I need to be able to search through emails that other people have sent/received. Is this possible on suiteCRM?

Try the reports module and run a report of what you want. You are able to select all emails “from” or “to” or whatever filter you set up. I had to do that once for a client that wanted to see all emails send by a rep.
