Scheduling Calls and Meetings using 1 minute increments

Hey guys,

I need help scheduling meetings and calls in 1 minute increments instead of (00, 15, 30, 45) minutes. I cannot edit it in Studio.

Also, why are due dates for held calls listed under history in RED?

Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

One more thing I’d like to add, these held calls with due dates are showing up in my schedule too. Not only the planned ones, The held ones, too. Not good.

Any of you guys facing this?
