Running Scheduled Reports

I’m having difficulty getting scheduled reports to actual run.

  1. What time should I be referring to when setting the scheduled time. Do I use UTC, my User time, etc?

  2. I’m currently investigating my active cron jobs on my server but the question above still needs to be answered.
