Roles setup to allow incoming email attachment downloads

Hi, I am setting up roles for our users but htey cant seem to download attachments for emails they receive.

Can anyone tell me which item in the roles list needs to be enabled to allow for incoming emails to be downloaded by a user

Why do you think this is a roles problem? Could it be simply an email configuration problem?

I reason I think it must be the roles is because when I remove the users from the roles I am setting up, they can then download the attachments otherwise they get a message saying not allowed…contact the administrator

Ok. When you get that “not allowed” message, do you see any messages in your suitecrm.log?
