Role Based on Dropdown list

HI ,

I have a dropdown with iist of technologies.

Course – PHP , Java ,SFDC

Based on course selection respective team should see the data.
LIke if Lead is related to PHP – PHP course team head and salespeople should see only PHP data.

** Please let me know how to achieve this.

You can probably do it with a Workflow

You mean based on Course — i need to assign the lead to respective team heads ?
