Restricting Access to Private Area in SuiteCRM

Hello,

We are currently working on implementing a private area within our organization using SuiteCRM. Our goal is to restrict access to certain pages so that only specific users can view them based on their roles.

However, we are facing an issue. When we set the access values for the user roles to ‘true’, it seems to deactivate the restrictions, allowing all registered users in our private portal to not view the pages selected.

Appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to properly configure the access.

  • Clearing the SuiteCRM cache: Admin > Repair > Quick Repair and Rebuild.
  • Also, clear the browser cache to ensure the settings are being correctly applied.

For us to be able to help you , we need to know what module, what roles and what security settings you’ve applied to each module. A screen shot of the relevant module/roles table will be helpful. Then a clear summary of This person is in role “a” and we want them to be able to:… in this module. Then we can be more helpful.
