Restore Backup - Blank Page with IP address -

Hi, I am using SuiteCRM version 7.10, i am trying to restore the CRM from a backup zip file, there ia a blank page showing with my IP address, I have no idea what cause this as there wasn’t case like this in the past.

Can anyone advise what should I do to troubleshot the problem?
