Rest Api v8 get an attachment on a Note return 404

I can’t downlaod the note attachment.

The following link return 404:
https:///suitecrm/Api/V8/module/Notes/22b5b858-97ca-1ce6-673a-5d10d06f4b50/file/filename

The following link work well and return the note:
https:///suitecrm/Api/V8/module/Notes/22b5b858-97ca-1ce6-673a-5d10d06f4b50

Version 7.11.4
Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Version 344)
Platform: Windows 2012

Any suggestion?
