WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT UPGRADE TO 7.5!!!
I just “upgraded” from 7.4.x. to 7.5.1 and concur, the reports feature is now non-functional. I can create a report with conditions, but none of the conditions seem to get saved. The report itself does not result in correct information being displayed. In fact, the reports come out blank. Headers are there, but no data at all.
Opening the report back up for editing, the conditions are nowhere to be found. On the create report screen, the “Fields”, “Conditions”, and “Charts” buttons seem to work just fine. But once saved any I open the same report for editing, those 3 buttons now have no effect. The Fields are displayed, but the Conditions are gone. Clicking the “Conditions” button has no effect.
I’ve tried 3 browsers (IE 11, Firefox, and Chrome) and there’s absolutely no difference. It’s not a browser problem (for once).
WARNING TO ALL - DO NOT UPGRADE TO 7.5!!!
@shinberg: We appreciate you may be having issues, but please do not broadcast to our community that they should not upgrade as many SuiteCRM users have upgraded to SuiteCRM 7.5.1 without issue. We cannot assist if you simply say do not upgrade and do not provide any information on how the upgrade ran, your environment etc.
Did the upgrade run successfully?
Have you made any customsations, or was it a fresh SuiteCRM installation prior to upgrade?
Which version of 7.4 where you running?
What are your environment details(PHP version, MySQL version, apache/centos/wampp etc?)
Have you checked the suitecrm.log, upgradeWizard.log for errors?
Have you checked your web servers apache/IIS log files for any PHP errors?
Thanks,
Will.
