Reports: Comparing Sales performance of Usergroup based on last 4 Weeks

Hi,

i want to set up a Report with for e.g.:

  • Calls (held) count grouped by different Call Types
  • Average Call durations grouped by Call Types
  • …
  • Converted Accounts per User

I want to compare the Weekly performance of my Salesmen based on different KPIs.
I am able to build a Report for one single User but how to compare Users and Weeks?
The Date the call is closed, i am picking the “Date modified”, any other suggestions?

How can i build this report to compare the Salesporformance per Week? (showing the last 4 Weeks) Will the new revamp Report Tool be more able to do complex reportings in one single report? Will be awesome to get some ideas from you guys. :slight_smile:
