Reporting in SuiteCRM for calls and activities

To anyone that can help,

Is there a way in SuiteCRM to create reports based off the number of calls or activities my team has done over a set period of time?

Real Example: I want to create report to see how many cold calls my team is making over a day or week. I then want to create a second report to show me how many of those calls they contacted (or talked to someone) over a day or week.

Is there a way to do this? I have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out and can not figure it out.

Are you using the SuiteCRM reporting tool? You can run a report on the Calls module, and select conditions/show fields that you require.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t think I am using the SuiteCRM reporting tool. I have a Reports tab in my account I can access but it seems to be pretty limited in what I can do with it (example: I can’t find any way to do a filter with a date frame). How do I get the SuiteCRM reporting tool?


Here are the settings for a similar report. Use the Add Field and Add condition buttons to select what you are looking to report on.
