Report module query limit

Hello,

When i make a report, all works fine as long as the report has less than 60-70 entries/queries.

Once the number of queries exceed a certain number the report breaks and shows me HTTP 500 error.

I reduce the date range so that number of queries is reduced, it works again.

Is there a way to increase the number of queries shown in a report?

Please advice…

Hi
can you give all version php/suitecrm/os and content of php.ini.

Two issue is here :

  • php version
  • php.ini not adapted to SuiteCrm.

Apache Version 2.4.23
PHP Version 5.6.24
MySQL Version 10.0.25-MariaDB-cll-lve
Suite CRM versionVersion 7.6.4
Sugar Version 6.5.23 (Build 1061)

I have attached the php.ini file i use, please advice any changes required.(its converted to txt from ini so it can be uploaded here

Hi,
can you increase :
memory_limit=512
max_input_time=120

and run your report and see php/apache/suitecrm log

I tried as was suggested to no avail still not working.
