Report creating problem

Hello,
Me login as administrator and when i create a report with primary module “account” and insert fields of account module in report and also want lead fields in this report so , (which is related this user), select some fields from lead module and assign to specific user and save it …
me is admin so i see this report very well but when user see this report than report is blank.
I set roles for this user for lead module as view>>owner and list view>> owner .
when i set list view from owner to “all” than user can be see this report but also show all lead.
so how to do this with owner access.
I am in trouble so please help me :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
