attempting to remove some subpanels from a specific module on one of the default included ones. It appears that you cannot delete the relationship in the studio. I stumbled across an old thread on the forum instructing me to:
However, I have no such directory in my SuiteCRM install. Only custom/Extension. Is this method outdated? Also is it possible to disable one module altogether? I have hid the leads module, but it still appears on all users Dashboard.

You can disable modules with roles, create a role and disable the view of any module. Or you can go to Admin->Display Modules and Subpanels and there drag the modules and/or subpanels

After doing that, the module in question will still display as an available dashlet, and in the “create” menu. Is there any way to remove it from those places as well? I want it to not even exist to the end user.

Did you ever find a solution for this? I’ve searched around with no luck. It seems that hiding subpanels should be easy.
