Removing Delete contact / Lead option - User Role

I have installed SuiteCRM 7.01. freshly installed.

I have created few users / employees to access the CRM. However I see that users / employees are able to delete any Contact Record or Lead record without any issue. Please advice on how to block / Control this.

You can control what specific users can do by adding a role and then assigning them to that role. To create roles/assign users to roles navigate to Admin -> Role Management.
