i am export my lead but in excel sheet showing unwanted data.

There is no feature to select this, out-of-the-box.

There is this plugin in the Store: https://store.suitecrm.com/addons/sweetexport

You can also export from a Report, or from the database, or from PHP.

Finally, you can have an extra automated step running some Excel macro to fix up the export results. This has the advantage that you can also do some formatting work to make it look pretty, set up PivotTables, etc.
