Remove Contacts from Target Lists

Hello all,

We are using Suite CRM Version 7.10.10 and we need to automatically remove
contacts from target lists using workflows. How could we complete this action?

We have managed to add contacts to target lists with workflows using Modify Record Action>Add Relationship.
Is there a way to automatically remove the contacts from the created target lists?

What would be the trigger to those Workflows?

The only way I can see this working is if it is triggered by an event in Contacts module.

For more elaborate solutions you might need a logic hook.
