Relate notes to both opportunities and accounts?

I am trying to make notes show up on the history subpanel for both the main account, and for individual opportunities.

At the moment I can only relate notes to either the account OR the opportunity (using the ‘Related To’ fields in the edit layout) and this means that anyone viewing the account may miss information that is entered into the opportunity which is actually relevant to the account overall.

How can i relate a single note to both account and opportunity

I am experiencing the same problem, being able to relate note to both Account and Opportunity would be very helpful!

currently you can only relate one note to either one account or one opportunity at the same time, you have two options here, using workflow you can duplicate the note and attach it tho both modules, or create another relationship and also with workflow make the proper relationships.

non of the ways are good for me, but is your call
