I have configured a workflow with a condition that when user selects the defined category, then after saving the workflow has to get initiated to ADMIN user. Please find attached configuration done, but after configuration also iam not receiving any alerts in admin dashboard.
Please do explain about this configuration and how the workflow works.
All workflow conditions must be true for a workflow to fire. Your conditions will only fire if a Scheme Tracking record is equal to all three categories at the same time which is impossible.
Instead you can change the condition to be “Category One Of Furnitures, Home Appliances or Electronics” which should do what you want.
