Kindly provide response regarding how recurring event can be created with event module. If it is not possible then how we can customize or create another module to achieve it.

We also need api calls to create/ edit events.

Please reply as soon as possible.

Look into creating a scheduled tasked. This can be set up to create records on a scheduled interval.

The standard REST API could be used to create or edit records in the Events module in the CRM.
