Re-Open closed cases by email. Workflow or multi-worflows


Please help. The client can open the case by email and we reply and close the case but we want the case to re-open when the client reply the closed case and change the status to NEW or Pending Input

I try to set the workflow on Case module but can’t find the right conditions to use

  • Also I can use “Case Updates” module but can not the right conditions as well.
