Quotes and Invoices which I have emailed seem to show up in the note history of unrelated accounts as an email sent. I’ve seen this before but attributed it to my original learning curve. I’ve noticed again from a quote I sent out yesterday. It shows up in the account the quote is associated with as one would expect but also shows as an email sent in note history of another account. Could this be related to the fact that I cc’ed my own suitecrm account when sending?

This may be related to, as you have stated, the fact that you have cc’ed your own account when sending. If your SuiteCRM account is related to any accounts it may relate to those accounts, hence why they are showing up in the history of unrelated accounts.
