Couldn’t find Quick Create Form In Subpanels under subpanel name (not the redirect page) in SuiteCRM 8.

Can anyone help?

I think I read somewhere in this forum that they have removed that quick create from subpanel thing.:dizzy_face: :dizzy_face: :dizzy_face: for SuiteCRM 8.x :upside_down_face:

Check the drop-down menu that is in the top of the screen, the one with a big “+” sign. It might help

Hey @pgr, I think there’s a misunderstanding. I don’t think quick create exists in SuiteCRM8 the way it does in 7 In 7 when you created a contact for example from an account you got a quick create form and still remained on the account page.

In SuiteCRM 8 you go to a full screen create contact. However, when done, it does return you to the Account, so kind of the same thing, it’s just different.

Yes, I understand it doesn’t exist in the same form.

That “+” menu, on the other hand, I gather it is smarter than I initially thought. It seems to adapt dynamically to where we are in the app, and I didn’t know about that thing you just mentioned - that it takes us back to the previous screen after creating a new item - that sounds very nice.
