Projects missing from "Global Search" settings

Hi,

I am bit perplexed to note that projects are missing from “global search” settings and not searchable, especially considering that even things like “project tasks” are included, but not “projects”. I wonder if this is by design and if there is a fix for this?

I have projects in my instance for 7.7.9? Can you please provide some screenshots and environment information?

Is there any fatal errors in the system log?
I suggest running a repair and rebuild as well to be on the safe side :slight_smile:

I’m guessing you can see the projects module in the module menu?

Is there any fatal errors in the system log? - If you mean the log that you view from system settings - view log - the FATAL error in the last few days is as under:

Its actually been missing from the day we installed it and even after updating to latest Suite version never really showed up. I have also done repair and rebuild in the past but that didnt help.

Yes, I can see the projects module and we use it extensively. The search within the projects module works pretty well too?

Where do you suggest I look next?
