Projects and Products for service type CRM

Hi All,

I am looking for the CRM software for kind of support organization and need to track products (applications, it is software) installed at customer and refer those when open cases or bugs. Also I would like to track projects that modify those products. There are projects that can affect multiple products and products modified via several projects. The “projects” and “products” are mentioned on the introduction page but I cannot figure out if is is possible to configure them in the online demos. If it is possible to configure it in downloaded installation, please advise.
