product image field not display anymore

Issue

after added a default field of product image to edit view and detailed view, the product image field became blank and non editable as there is no field beside “product image” to upload anyone.

note: i wasn’t able to upload the attachment screenshot here because “add file” not working

Environment
SuiteCRM Version used: 7.10.7
Browser name and version: OPERA 48.0.2685.35 (PGO) (64-bit)
Environment name and version: WAMP SERVER 3.0.6 64 BIT
Operating System: windows 8.1 X64

Hi, thanks for moving the discussion here!

  1. What is your PHP version?

  2. Have you tried a “Quick Repair and Rebuild”? Scroll to the bottom of the results page, and press to “sync vardefs” if that option is offered to you there.

  3. Do you see any errors in your logs at the time of setting up the fields, or when showing the views?

  4. Do you see any errors in your browser’s Developer Console?

  5. On which module are you trying this?
