I hope someone can help me. A technical person in our company had put a demo version of Suite onto my computer. I am not very technical but need to demo it to someone and show how it works etcā¦
All great but I went to create a couple of products as I thought it would be nice to show how easily these can be used for creating a Quote. BUT all ok excepting next to the āCostā and āPriceā there is no box to actually fill in the cost and the price. I have tried various things to get this to show. Looked in studio at the module information and have tried a refresh. Nothing works.
I am able to save the product but there is no price on it.
Am I doing something wrong or could this be a problem with the installation?
Thanks although it is in the module as far as I can see. I am checking through Studio and the cost and price are there but when I go to create a product there I can see Cost and Price but there is no actual box next to them for me to enter the cost or price.
The person who installed it for me it away on annual leave but I guess I will need to have them look into it once they are back next week.
Are you sure you are viewing the ācreateā or āeditā page for the product, and not just viewing the product? When viewing the product, there should be an āEditā button at the upper right.
Another possibility that occurs to me: perhaps the person who set this up restricted the privileges for the āuserā account youāre using? (Under āRole Managementā in the admin system).
I also just set up SuiteCRM and Iām not having any problem creating and editing product data, including price. (Attached: image of the form I see.)
