Problems with admin user

Hi all,
Two weeks ago I had a database problem and I had to migrate my SuiteCrm to other server. Everything was succesfull, I test creating new accounts, opportunities, users, etc but today I was trying to change an email template, It looks like is saving changes but when I access again old version is still there.
I checked users panel and in admin permissions column is blocked:


and It’s not able to edit.
Email template list box is blocked too in password admin section
Somebody an idea about this issue?

What is your version of SuiteCRM? There was recently a bug with saving user profile information, but it is solved in the latest releases.

Sugar Versión 6.5.25 (Preparado 344)

Try upgrading to latest, this should be fixed.

I update to:

Versión 7.11.12
Sugar Versión 6.5.25 (Preparado 344)

and problem still there.
One more clue: I create a “Case” and then I try to add and “update text” and save, nothing happens:

Can you find any clues in your logs?
