I can no longer access the CRM as an administrator or a user. The password recovery tells me that it is not able to continue. Can you help me recover my access? Thanks Gianluca
Hi, welcome to the forums. Sorry you’re experiencing problems.
Can you tell us a bit more about your system? Which version of SuiteCRM is this?
Is this a new installation? Did you ever login successfully?
If it was installed before, what did you do to lose access? Any upgrade, or customization, or installation of an add-on?
Also - check you have free space in your disk drive, this can be a cause for inability to log in.
